Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, we do not deliver into Europe or internationally and currently only deliver to Northern Ireland and the highlands as they fall within the UK.
When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of the order being placed, but we do not dispatch orders on a weekend.
If the business is closed for a holiday, then a banner on the website will provide details of planned dispatch dates.
Who do you ship with?
Depending on the size and weight of your order we currently use either FedEx courier service or Royal Mail 2 nd class recorded. If you have provided a telephone number and email address on the delivery section of your order you will receive a FedEx tracking number when the order has been collected and scanned at the depot. We can provide tracking for Royal Mail orders as requested. If our courier provider changes, we will update this information.
For orders to Northern Ireland or any UK islands including the Highlands of Scotland we will confirm the carrier and costings individually.
Can metal wall art go outside?
Yes. All our metal designs, including wall art, can go outside. Our metal wall art, and many garden products, are made of steel and either lacquered or powder coated so suitable for homes and gardens. We always recommend customers maintain their metal products annually by using a clear varnish spray for metal as this will build up the layers of protection.
We sell various stainless steel wind spinner and garden stake designs which do not need the same level of protection, and all material information is provided in the item description on
the website.
Can you make products to order?
No, we only produce designs in larger quantities. However, over the years we have developed designs directly from customer feedback so please feel free to use the contact us form to make suggestions and we will monitor these and take note of any duplicate or popular requests that have the potential to be made in larger quantities within a reasonable price range for many people to enjoy.
Do you have a shop or somewhere I can see your products?
We only have our online shop that provides all images and dimensions. However, we exhibit at various shows and events throughout the year, and you can see where we are by clicking into the events tab on our website. Should you want to view a specific design please contact us direct and we will discuss if and how we can make that happen.
Why don’t you have a telephone line?
As a small independent retailer, we decided to give up our telephone line for a couple of reasons. Our work comprises of being in our warehouse or out on the road at events and in both circumstances, it is not always possible to answer a call, receive a clear connection, or be able to resolve enquiries without being near to a computer. In this regard we prefer to receive enquiries by email through our contact us form as we always plan time each day to check and respond. Further to this, and like many individuals and businesses, we receive many nuisance and suspected spam calls which impact on our time and prevent real enquiries getting through which has also become an issue. How do I return my item or request a refund?

What if some or all of the items I ordered arrive damaged?
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the contents for damage. If anything has been damaged in transit, contact us at your earliest convenience but no longer than 7 days after receipt.
