Shipping

1. Brilliant Wall Art aims to provide a fair service so offers delivery based on the weight of the order, the more you order the cheaper the delivery cost.
2. Items where possible are dispatched on the next available working day & will normally be delivered next day or within 2 to 3 days, subject to availability.
3. Shipping in the UK including Northern Ireland will be via Royal Mail for small lighter items & via courier for larger heavy items.
4. The courier delivery service requires a signature and only 2 delivery attempts will be made free of charge after which an additional charge of £6 is payable for each delivery attempt.
5. After the first courier delivery attempt the item will automatically go on hold until you arrange the second free delivery attempt.
6. If you miss both delivery attempts or if you prefer you can arrange to collect your order from your nearest local courier depot for free or arrange to have an item left with a neighbour.
7. In the event an item is not delivered or collected or refused and is returned back to sender an additional £15 courier return to base charge is applicable.
8. If you decide to change a delivery address after the item has been posted a courier redirection charge is applicable and costs £15.
9. Heavy lifts or pallet deliveries are by arrangement.
10. International customers should always check the cost of posting to their designated country prior to placing an order.
