How do I place an order online?
Ordering from our secure website is very convenient and easy. Simply browse our store, select your favorite items, place them in your shopping cart, and click on check out to calculate the cost of the order.
Can I place orders by phone?
If you prefer to place orders by phone please call 07922137108 & pay by credit or debt card.
Is it possible to rush my order?
If you need your order processed and shipped sooner than our regular processing and shipping schedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request, please call 0121 453 1145.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment by the following methods:
PayPal will ensure the fastest possible delivery & allows you to pay via credit / debit cards even if you have no PayPal account.
Cheques should be made payable to Time To Sell & are only accepted from UK customers with UK bank accounts.
Cash can be paid but only when the item is collected in person. (GBP only).
UK Postal Orders are accepted.
Credit cards & Switch debt cards accepted through PayPal, or orders can be placed & paid for over the phone, please call 0121 453 1145.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Processing your order requires the careful handling, packaging & shipping of each item and can take between one to six business days depending on which item is ordered. Domestic orders, we aim to ship the item by the next working day, international orders vary.

We deliver through Royal Mail & courier services.
Will My Items Arrive Separately?
We take pride in offering our customers a wide range of unique and stylish products. Because special care in packaging is taken with each and every piece we send, it is not always possible to ship items together but please note that we try to combine orders where possible.
Will I Receive an Email Confirmation After Placing My Order?
You will receive an email confirmation regarding your order. How fast the confirmation is received will depend upon your email server.

Will I Have to Pay Customs Duties and Taxes?
We are not responsible for paying import duties and taxes that result from international purchases. Import duties and taxes are the full responsibility of the customer. As previously stated, Canadian customers will be required to pay estimated import duties and taxes prior to shipment and adjustments will be made to the total purchase price if necessary.

What if Some or All of the Items I Ordered Arrive Damaged?
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the contents for damage. If anything has been damaged in transit, contact us at your earliest convenience but no longer than 7 days after receipt.

We do not currently offer a printed catalog, but all of our products along with clear photos and descriptions can be viewed online.
